As an ‘outsider’ with a fresh set of eyes we can prepare this for you as an initial step, to establish how to best proceed.

Another service we offer is competitive shopping, otherwise known as comp shopping – observing how your competitors merchandise stock, or looking at ranges that you may potentially be interested in ranging, is key in giving your business credibility within the market.
